Product Introduction

The product is named SKJ 1000L Full-Automatic Plastic Blow Molding Machine (Model: XHD1000L six layers), a high-performance multi-layer plastic molding equipment. It adopts an IKV-designed screw to ensure efficient melt plasticization and uniform material mixing. Equipped with core components such as Moog 100-point parison wall thickness control system, Siemens PLC control system, Yuken Taiwan hydraulic components, Sumitomo Japan oil pumps, and Italy Phase servo system, the machine achieves precise molding control. Featuring full-automatic operation, it is easy to operate—only 2 female workers are needed to operate the machine, and the entire production line requires just 3 or 4 personnel. Compared with rotational molding machines, it has advantages of higher output, 25%-35% raw material saving, and better impact resistance. The product has obtained CE and ISO9001:2008 certifications.
