1000L Automatic Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine, High Efficiency & Stable Operation
Xinhengda’s extrusion blow molding unit leverages extrusion blow molding technology, fitted with a state-of-the-art accumulator head, MOOG parison thickness regulator and servo hydraulic drive system. It enables 1 to 5 layers co-extrusion and automates the manufacturing of plastic water tanks ranging from 20L up to 10000L.
Outfitted with PLC control and human-machine touch panel, paired with robotic automatic product take-off, the machine works well with HDPE raw materials. It delivers high throughput while cutting power consumption, suited for domestic water storage, industrial auxiliary systems and new energy sectors.
