This equipment is applicable to processing PE, HDPE, PP, PVC and other plastic materials, enabling the production of plastic containers and bottles in a wide range of shapes with a maximum volume of 25L.

Product Introduction

 

The 125L Three-layer Blow Molding Machine is independently manufactured by Weifang Xinhengda Machine Co., Ltd. As a fully automated plastic blow molding device, it complies with the specifications of GB13508-92 and SN04499.2-95 standards. Primarily engineered for processing HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) raw materials, this machine comes with a standard weight configuration. It integrates cutting-edge production techniques and premium components to achieve highly efficient and stable fabrication of large-volume plastic products.

5.Features intelligent temperature regulation with a time-sharing stepwise heating mode, realizing staged and sequential heating of the die head and screw components.

6.Comes with a standalone pneumatic unit that integrates pneumatic control valves and blow/exhaust valves, facilitating straightforward maintenance and upkeep.

 

Product Features

1.High-precision Control Configuration: Wall thickness is regulated by the MOOG servo valve to ensure consistent product thickness; the Siemens PLC control system enables accurate and reliable oversight of the entire production cycle.

2.Robust & Long-lasting Structure: The clamping unit adopts a 3-piece design paired with 2 pull bars; it is equipped with a cast steel lifting frame, as well as 45# steel and A3 steel clamping plates, which ensure structural stability and extended service life.

3.Cutting-edge Heating System: The extruder is fitted with cast aluminum heating rings (costing twice as much as ceramic alternatives); the die head uses high-efficiency ceramic heating rings; the system incorporates 21 heating zones with a combined total heating power of 48KW.

4.Versatile Accessory Set: The five-in-one blow seat supports air blowing/exhausting, material sealing, material stretching, lifting and horizontal adjustment functions; the four-functional robot is capable of forward/backward movement, clamping/opening, cooling and height adjustment.

5.Rigorous Quality Assurance: Every unit undergoes a series of parameter verification tests prior to factory delivery, fully conforming to relevant national and industry standards.

6.Strong Production Flexibility: The machine is suitable for manufacturing 120–250L drum products; it is compatible with a variety of molds including open-top L-ring molds, double L-ring molds and water tank molds.
