Product Introduction

The 125L Three-Layer Blow Molding Machine is independently manufactured by Weifang Xinhengda Machine Co., Ltd. It is a fully automated plastic blow molding device that complies with the specifications of GB13508-92 and SN04499.2-95 standards. This machine is primarily designed for processing HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) raw materials and features a standard weight structure. It integrates advanced production technologies and configurations to achieve high-efficiency, stable fabrication of large-volume plastic products.

3.Advanced Heating System: Cast aluminum heating ring for extruder (twice the cost of ceramic); High-efficiency ceramic heating ring for die head; 21 heating zones with total heating power 48KW.

4.Multi-functional Accessories: Five-function blow seat (air blowing/exhausting, material sealing, material stretching, lifting, horizontal adjustment); Four-function robot (forward/backward, clamping/opening, cooling, height adjustment).
