Xinhengda’s specialized water tank blow molding machine adopts extrusion blow molding technology, fitted with a high-quality first-out storage tank, MOOG wall thickness control system and servo hydraulic drive system. It supports 1 to 5 layers of co-extrusion and realizes the automated manufacturing of plastic water tanks with specifications ranging from 20L to 10000L. The equipment combines PLC control and a human-machine interface, along with robotic arm automatic product conveying, and is adaptable to HDPE raw materials. It achieves an excellent balance between high production efficiency and energy conservation, and is extensively used in domestic water storage, industrial supporting, new energy and other fields.
