Product Introduction

The 125L Three-Layer Blow Molding Machine is an independently produced piece of equipment from Weifang Xinhengda Machine Co., Ltd. As a fully automatic plastic blow molding system, it meets the specified requirements of GB13508-92 and SN04499.2-95 standards. Designed with a standard weight setup, it is mainly suitable for the processing of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) raw materials. By adopting cutting-edge production technologies and optimized configurations, the machine ensures the highly efficient and steady fabrication of large-capacity plastic items.

1.High-Precision Regulation: Wall thickness is governed by a MOOG servo valve, guaranteeing consistent thickness across finished products; a Siemens PLC control system enables accurate oversight of the entire production workflow.

2.Robust Structural Design: The clamping unit adopts a 3-piece configuration paired with 2 pull bars; the elevator frame is crafted from cast steel, while the clamping board uses 45# steel and A3 steel—all combining to ensure structural stability and an extended service lifespan.

3.Cutting-Edge Heating Configuration: The extruder is fitted with cast aluminum heating rings (costing twice as much as ceramic alternatives); the die head is equipped with high-efficiency ceramic heating rings; the system incorporates 21 heating zones with a cumulative heating power of 48KW.

4.Versatile Auxiliary Components: The five-function blow seat supports air blowing/exhausting, material sealing, material stretching, lifting and horizontal adjustment; the four-function robot is capable of forward/backward movement, clamping/opening, cooling and height adjustment.

5.Rigorous Quality Assurance: Every unit undergoes a series of parameter inspections prior to factory shipment, meeting both national and industrial standard requirements.

6.Enhanced Application Flexibility: The machine is suitable for manufacturing 120–250L drum products; it is also compatible with a wide range of molds, including open-top L-ring molds, double L-ring molds and water tank molds.
