Safe operation must comply with the following five regulations

1.Inspect the emergency stop button, heating coil insulation, and mold clamping protection before startup to ensure no leakage occurs.

2.Wear protective gloves and goggles to prevent scalding from high-temperature melt.

3.It is strictly forbidden to put hands into the mold clamping area. The machine must be shut down and the power supply cut off before cleaning the die head.

4.Regularly check the high-pressure air pipes and mold clamping force to prevent mold bursting or air leakage.

5.Train operators to identify abnormalities (e.g., sudden temperature rise, pressure fluctuation) and shut down the machine immediately for troubleshooting. 

Establish a safety record and conduct regular emergency drills to reduce the risk of production accidents.
